Greipel powers to Down Under victory

Amazing start for Greipel and Rudy Project at Tour Down Under

Rudy Project victories take on a German flair at the start of the 2012 world cycling season with an unleashed André Greipel. The great champion of the Lotto-Belisol team made his mark in the Cancer Council Classic, the Down Under prelude, and proved to be in top form with a stage 3 photo finish win at the Down Under, the first competition of the World Tour that takes place in the suburbs of Adelaide in Australia.

To compete under the blinding Australian sun that has reached temperatures above 40°C and with a strong headwind, Greipel wanted the top of the range of Rudy Project eyewear, choosing Genetyk Racing Pro White, an extremely technical model with a very appealing design. Fully adjustable temples and nosepiece in order to ensure comfort and keep the eyewear firmly attached to the face throughout the entire duration of the competitions, Genetyk Racing Pro is equipped with protective side shields and ImpactX Photocromic Clear lenses that are indestructible and have a very broad transition range, so they're perfect for sports like cycling which requires numerous hours of racing.

All eyes then are on the next victories by Greipel who has every intention of staying on top of all the World Tour races.
